The location is downtown, breathtaking view, cozy atmosphere, good restaurant and breakfast, spacious and comfortable room.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Schwarzwald. The location couldn't have been better, right in downtown and just a few steps away from the main square. The picturesque Fachwerkhaus added to the cozy atmosphere, making it a truly enjoyable "black forest - experience". The view from my window was absolutely breathtaking, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of the surroundings.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, despite the language barrier. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere that captures the essence of the Schwarzwald. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only small downside was the lack of a bin in the room.

No major concerns, everything was satisfactory.

Located right in the heart of the town, we enjoyed being able to walk to all the tourist attractions with ease! The hotel room was spacious, light, and the bed was insanely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the ham, coffee, and fresh bread rolls were our favourite. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of water and some snacks in our room on arrival, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel room did not have air conditioning and the temperature rose to a steamy 30°C, which made it harder to get a good night's sleep. On Saturday night, there was some noise from outside, as there was live music playing in the town square.
